Introduction to the training course:

To ensure a secure global food supply，The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) officially issued ISO22000:2005 "Food Safety Management System - Requirements for various organizations in the food chain" on September 1, 2005.，In November of the same year, the ISO/ TS22004:2005 "Food Safety Management System ISO22000 Application Guide" was released.。

ISO22000 adopts the ISO9001 standard architecture, and refers to the HACCP system and application guide in the General Principles of Food Hygiene promulgated by the Codex Alimentarius Commission in terms of food hazard risk identification, confirmation and system management。The use of ISO22000 covers the whole process of the food chain, that is, planting, breeding, primary processing, manufacturing, distribution, all the way to consumer use, including catering。In addition, industries closely related to food production can also use this standard to establish food safety management systems, such as pesticides, veterinary drugs, food additives, storage and transportation, food equipment, food cleaning services, food packaging materials, etc。It is to analyze the hazards that may occur in the production (operation) process of any organization in the food chain, determine control measures, and reduce the hazards to an acceptable level for consumers。

Food chain related industry employees and want to understand the requirements of the food safety management system, engaged in food safety management related personnel, volunteer to engage in food safety certification audit personnel。

● Teacher qualification: Qualified as CCAA FSMS auditor training teacher 
● Course materials: FSMS auditor training materials compiled by CQC senior certified experts who have accumulated rich experience in auditing practice over the years。

Training examination

After passing the training and examination of this course, you can obtain the training qualification certificate issued by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and confirmed by China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA)。The certificate will be used as the basis for applying for the written test of CCAA National registered auditor, and will also be used as one of the certificates for applying for the registration of internship auditors of China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA)。
